Former Senator Phil Gramm will present a chapter of his book, The Triumph of Economic Freedom: Debunking the Seven Great Myths of American Capitalism. His talk is “The Industrial Revolution: Our Only Guide to the Coming AI Revolution.”
Gramm represented Texas for six years in the U.S. House and 18 years in the U.S. Senate. He later served as vice chairman of UBS Investment Bank and joined Lone Star Funds as vice chairman in 2012. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Georgia, taught at Texas A&M University, and is a nonresident senior fellow at the American Enterprise Institute.
